2016 brought us many great games and countless hours of fun entertainment. Can 2017 live up to that? We have been taking a look at some of the new cool games coming out in 2017 and beyond. There are many more cool games coming out this year than this list, but these are some we definitely are looking forward too.
1) Outlast 2
Outlast 2 is the second in the series of the horror survival game. It takes place in the same world as the first game, but is a new journey with different characters and new settings. Outlast 2 will test your skills, and push you to places where going crazy is the only real option.
2) Resident Evil 7: Biohazard
Resident Evil have been around for two decades, and the new upcoming release it the 27th of Resident Evil releases. This takes us back to the good old days of Resident Evil and looks very promising. The player controls the character Ethan, from a first person view. Like the previous Resident Evil games, the player will have access to a wide range of weapons including pistols, shotguns, explosives, flamethrowers and chainsaws.
3) Halo Wars 2
In Halo Wars 2 the champions of Halo Wars return and they face a much bigger threat than ever before. The brand new story with actionpacked missions takes place in the time after the events in Halo 5 and will be on the legendary Halo-destination known as the Ark. Construct your bases, prepare your vehicles and get your troops ready for fight!
4) Gran Turismo Sport
Gran Turismo Sport is a well known upcoming racer game developed by Polyphony Digital for the Playstation 4 console. The game has been referred to as the first in a new era of Gran Turismo games. The new game will fully support Playstation VR, giving the owners of this headset a complete racing experience in the front row of the action.
5) Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands
Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands is the first military shooter game in a huge, dangerous and responsive open world that you can play solo or in a four player co-op. Ubisoft says that the era in which Wildlands takes place is by far the biggest they have ever put into a game.
6) Mass Effect: Andromeda
Mass Effect: Andromeda takes the players far beyond the Milky Way into the depths of the Andromeda galaxy. You will lead humanity’s search for a new home in this unforgiving region of space. Discover the secrets of a new galaxy, battle hostile aliens and build your crew to determine your survival.
7) The Legend Of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
The Legend Of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is an upcoming game for the Wii U and new Nintendo Switch. Forget everything you know about Zelda, and step into a world of discovery, exploration and adventure. Explore the wilds of Hyrule any way you like.
Vampyr is based in a series of districts that act as small explorable worlds. Players must feed off civilians, but also make sure they don’t empty everything out. This game began with a developer team of 60 that late expanded to 80, and is definitely a game you should look out for.
